Mineage Server Rules

1. Chat Spam and Flooding

Any form of spam or chat flooding is prohibited, including:

• Repeating messages or random characters
• Using spam bots or automated messaging
• TPA request spam
• Private message spam
• Island/faction command spam
• Excessive gameplay announcements

2. Staff Interaction

Staff members are dedicated to ensuring an enjoyable experience for all players. Excessive toxicity, disrespect, or harassment toward staff members is prohibited. While constructive feedback is welcome, it must be communicated respectfully.

3. Harmful Communication

The following forms of harmful communication are strictly prohibited:

• Encouraging violence, self-harm, or suicide
• Using discriminatory language, slurs, or hate speech
• Making derogatory remarks about race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
• Sexual harassment or explicit content
• Using items with discriminatory or offensive names

4. Advertising

Advertising other servers or communities is prohibited. This includes:

• Sharing server IP addresses
• Posting Discord server invites
• Promoting other gaming communities

Note: Mineage-related YouTube content should be shared in the #Media channel on our Discord server.

Sharing or threatening to share personal information of other players is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Real names
• Addresses
• Personal social media accounts
• Location information
• Any other private details

2. Malicious Links

Sharing harmful links or attempting to compromise player security is prohibited. This includes:

• IP grabbers
• Phishing links
• Malware distribution
• Any links that could compromise personal data

3. Blackmail

Using threats or coercion to manipulate other players is prohibited. This includes threatening to release personal information or using other forms of leverage to force players into specific actions or giving up items.

4. Inappropriate Content

Using inappropriate or discriminatory content in-game is prohibited. This includes:

• Offensive player skins
• Inappropriate client modifications
• Offensive usernames or nicknames

1. Exploits and Bugs

Using server features or plugins in unintended ways is prohibited. This includes:

• Exploiting game mechanics bugs
• Abusing server lag or freezes
• Taking advantage of plugin imbalances

If you discover a bug, report it to staff immediately.

2. Hacking and Modifications

Using unauthorized clients or modifications that provide unfair advantages is prohibited. This includes:

• Auto-fishing
• Combat modifications (Kill aura, reach hacks)
• Movement modifications (Speed hacks, fly hacks)
• Auto-clicking
• X-ray or other vision modifications

3. Aiding or Abetting Cheaters

Knowingly assisting players who are using unauthorized modifications or cheats is prohibited. This includes:

• Providing resources or in-game items to players you know are cheating
• Helping players evade detection or punishment for cheating
• Benefiting from another player's use of cheats or hacks
• Failing to report known cheaters in your faction or island
• Sharing or distributing cheat clients or hacked clients

4. Automated Tools

Using automation tools including autoclickers or scripts is prohibited, with specific exceptions to skyblock noted below:

• Auto-clicking is allowed only for killing mobs on your island while actively playing
• F11 glitch usage must follow specific restrictions
• Keyboard/mouse macros are prohibited except for Skyblock "SELL ALL" and GUI menu commands

5. Server Performance

Creating devices or structures that negatively impact server performance is prohibited. This includes:

• Lag machines
• Automated redstone farms that cause lag
• Any construction designed to stress server resources

6. Real Money Trading

Selling in-game items or services for real-world currency is strictly prohibited. This includes transactions involving:

• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency
• Gift cards
• Any other form of real-world payment

7. Evidence Manipulation

Creating or manipulating evidence to falsely accuse other players is prohibited. This includes:

• Editing screenshots or videos
• Creating fake chat logs
• Modifying the official Mineage rules
• Any other form of evidence forgery
